Single cam horizontal-type push-bar lock.It is universally applied to fire

Open Method: If the door pushed on the right side, it is right open, otherwise, it is left
open.
When the latch is opened, the deadlatch will be automatically compressed, protecting
the floor from damaging.

Installation Steps:
1. First of all, mark on the lock screw hole and location. Lock case length is up to door width.
(Attention: Lock case must be installed on the horizontal plane.)
2. Upper seal plate and lock case must be vertical to central line, installed on door latch. Lock
box is installed under the upper seal plate, around 2mm distance.
3. Install pipe and lock box, then connect fork with lock case. Test upper lock latch's
performance, adjust the position of pipe and threaded rod. Install other accessories when
performance works well.
4. The lower lock box is installed on the lower side of the door, lower steel connect testing
performance, fix the threaded rod and directly go into the floor hole. Use threaded rod to
adjust. After adjusting, Test its performance. Lastly bend the split pin a little bit.
5. Use sealing plate to fix the lower fixed link on the floor, then install the pad.
6. Last testing: Gently press lock case, door opening pipe will be automatically shrinked, that
means door opens. When the door
returns to its original place,pipe will automatically stretch out and regain closing status.
7. Debug after installation: It can be opened when press it gently. When the door is open, the
latch of upper and lower lock box can be automatically compressed, and that is normal.
